About

A proud product of Summertown, Evan Vineyard was born and bred to practice law in the state of Tennessee. A versatile and talented attorney, he has a background in practice areas ranging from workers' compensation to personal injury to family law.

Evan graduated from the University of Tennessee here in Tennessee in 2013 and then went to Nashville for his law degree at Belmont College. At Belmont, he was vice president of the Health Law Society and obtained his J.D. in 2018.

His first opportunity out of law school came as a clerk at the firm of Tune, Entrekin, and White where he worked on real estate issues. From there, he moved on to Leitner, Williams, Dooley, and Napolitan in Chattanooga. That experience allowed him to focus more specifically on workers' compensation issues and premises liability–both areas where his health law background could make a positive impact on his clients.

Evan is committed to helping those less fortunate and is a member of Civitan International, an organization devoted to helping people with developmental disabilities. He has further done pro bono legal work on behalf of people in difficult situations, from collections lawsuits to license suspensions to child custody.

When he’s not at the office, Evan is spending time with his wife Jennifer, and their two children, Max, and Maddie. They enjoy their three dogs, Chief, Bear, and Daisy. Evan keeps physically active with regular trips to the gym and being outside. He keeps mentally active by reading during his downtime. He enjoys the hobby of woodworking as a creative outlet.
