Seth is an Associate Attorney with the law firm of Peterson White, LLP. Prior to joining the firm, he served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the 21st Judicial District of Tennessee's Circuit and Chancery Courts and previously was a clerk with the Tennessee Attorney General's Office during law school.

Seth has earned valuable knowledge and experience through his formal legal education as well as his multiple clerkships in both law firm and government settings. His areas of concentration during law school included Commercial Law, Government, Health Care Law, and Intellectual Property, but Seth is an eager learner when it comes to any practice area. He has the passion and skill set necessary for both litigation as well as transactional work.

Since entering into private practice, Seth's primary areas of expertise have included General Civil Litigation, Insurance Defense, Business Litigation, Labor and Employment, and Appellate Litigation. He has appeared on behalf of clients in Tennessee state and administrative courts and briefed cases to the Tennessee Court of Appeals and Tennessee Supreme Court Special Workers’ Compensation Appeals Panel. Seth is also a proud member of the Bar Associations of America, Tennessee, Nashville, and Williamson County, and he is a proud former member of the Harry Phillips American Inn of Court. Seth has been a presenter at multiple CLEs through the Harry Phillips American Inn of Court as well as with the National Business Institute on legal analysis and implementation of medical evidence in litigation.

Seth, a life-long Tennessean, is devoted to caring for and developing the Davidson County and Williamson County communities. Over the past several years he has been an avid volunteer, supporter, and tutor within charities, missions, and initiatives such as Young Life Youth Ministry, Blood:Water Mission, and the YMCA Literacy Program. Seth also presently volunteers as a Mock Judge for Belmont University's Oral Advocate Teams that compete in both the National Appellate Advocacy Competition (NAAC), sponsored by the American Bar Association, and the National Moot Court Competition (NMCC), sponsored by the New York City Bar Association.

Seth made the best decision of his life when he asked Kelsey to be his wife. When he's not working hard at the office or enjoying quality time with his wife and family, Seth can be found distance running, being a reluctant Tennessee Titans fan, or hiking with his dog Riggins.
