BIOGRAPHY:

Amy has been a trial lawyer since 2006. Her clients include insurers, employers, state government, small business, big business, the accused, parents, children, estates, social workers, hospitals, physicians, real estate trusts, and the second injury fund. Prior to law school she worked as a researcher for foreign correspondents and pitched servers to Wall Street media (public relations in Silicon Valley).

While most attorneys pursue one specialty, Amy found unique perspective concentrating in disparate fields each for 5+ years. In her experience, a practice immersed in the representation of business, government, society, and the individual offers a critical advantage in cross-examination, negotiation, and persuasive argument. Her practice areas have included workers’ compensation, healthcare liability, premises liability, product liability, divorce, custody, elder, and juvenile law. She is licensed in Tennessee as of 2006 and in Texas as of 2017.
